Yin Yoga 40 hours Training: The purpose of this training is to offer Yin Yoga / Restorative yoga / Chair Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Yin yoga is a slow paced yoga, yoga enthusiastics who can’t do fast paced yoga or those who want to deepen the practise, this is the best type of yoga. This course enables the fitness trainer to develop more skills to understand the deeper layers of anatomy, like connective tissues and role of fascia in yoga.
Students in all sections of this course will learn the following content:
To understand the subtle anatomy of human body
To design a customise yoga practise for someone who can’t do the other types of yoga
To safely and effectively incorporate yin yoga techniques in their teaching practise
To teach yoga with a chair and teach yoga in office setup
