Yin Yoga 40 hours Training: The purpose of this training is to offer Yin Yoga / Restorative yoga / Chair Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Yin yoga is a slow paced yoga, yoga enthusiastics who can’t do fast paced yoga or those who want to deepen the practise, this is the best type of yoga. This course enables the fitness trainer to develop more skills to understand the deeper layers of anatomy, like connective tissues and role of fascia in yoga.
Weekday Course Sep 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 16, 17 - 9.30 am to 1.00 course for 8 days
Weekend Course - Dec 7, 8, 14, 15 ( Sat & Sun ), Full day course for 4 days
